Blessing of the Animals -
October 2, 2010
This is the third year that the St.
Franics center is hosting a Blessing of the Animals to celebrate the Feast Day
of St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of Animals.
The blessing will be held Saturday,
October 2nd at 2:00 p.m.
All animals are welcome to the
blessing--nothing venomous please! Horses should be walked, not ridden. Dogs
must be on a leash. Cats and other small animals should be confined in a carrier
or cage, until time for their blessing.
This event is open to the public.
Everyone is invited!
The blessing is FREE but donations
are always welcome!
