Thank you for your help but we do need more

St Francis Animal Rescue (SFAR) is independent of the SPCA and relies solely on donations. What’s left in their bank account now, is reserved for the medical treatment of animals and it is running low.

SFAR have been unable to arrange any fundraising events during the lockdown, and probably for the foreseeable future, and despite this, haven’t stopped working. They continue to feed 400 dogs and dozens of cats twice a week. In addition, they transport ill or injured animals.

Every penny donated to St Francis Animal Rescue goes to the welfare of the cats and dogs of Sea Vista with all the volunteers contributing their time and even the travel costs for no reward other than the reward of caring for the communities pets.

Can you help them with a donation of R50, R100 or any amount? Bank deposit details as follows:

To those who have assisted SFAR and continue to assist Sue Rae Fox had this message

“St Francis Animal Rescue has received the most amazing support from all the cat and dog lovers of St Francis Bay and beyond. Thank you for helping us to take care of Sea Vista’s animals during this strange, surreal time, when it is not possible to hold fund-raising events. We are beyond grateful to each and every one of our wonderful supporters.”
